Simon’s work for the Choreographic Lab has been a mixture of diverse ideas, processes and outcomes that are loosely connected by two broad concerns. First is an emerging interest in the development of screen-based projects, and/or projects that incorporate screendance as a conceptual concern. Second is a long-term interest in exploring, experiencing, and understanding improvisation as a ‘method’ of performing.
